Getting Started with Your Upgrade

If you’re an admin of your Hugging Face organization, upgrading to Enterprise Hub is a straightforward process. However, there are a few prerequisites you need to fulfill:

• Access to an active AWS account that allows subscriptions to products on the AWS Marketplace.
• A registered and confirmed email for your Hugging Face organization account (note that user accounts cannot be connected).
• Admin role membership in the Hugging Face organization you wish to connect.
• Be logged into the Hugging Face Platform.

Once these requirements are met, you can move forward with connecting your AWS and Hugging Face accounts.

Connecting Your Hugging Face Account with AWS

The first step in this process is to navigate to the AWS Marketplace offering and subscribe to the Hugging Face Platform. Here’s how:

1. Open the offer in the AWS Marketplace and click on “View purchase options” situated at the top right of the screen.
2. You’ll be directed to the subscription summary page. Click on “Subscribe” to begin your subscription.
3. Upon successful subscription, a green banner will appear at the top, prompting you to click on “Set up your account”.
4. This action redirects you to the Hugging Face Platform, where you can select the organization account you wish to link with your AWS account. After making your selection, click “Submit”.
5. You will then be directed to the Billing settings of your Hugging Face organization, where the subscription status will indicate subscribe-pending.
6. Shortly after, you should receive two confirmation emails, one from AWS and another from Hugging Face, indicating successful account connection. Your subscription status should now show subscribe-success.

Activating the Enterprise Hub

With your AWS account successfully linked to Hugging Face, it’s time to activate Enterprise Hub for your organization. Follow these steps:

1. Go back to the Billing settings for your organization and select the ‘Enterprise Hub’ tab.
2. Click on “Subscribe Now” to initiate the enrollment.
3. Choose the number of Enterprise Hub seats you wish to purchase and select your preferred billing frequency. Finally, click on Checkout.

Your organization is now upgraded to Enterprise Hub! This upgrade means that all members can now utilize the advanced features of Enterprise Hub, enabling them to build AI applications securely and efficiently.
