Among the latest innovations is Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), a framework that enhances LLM performance, particularly in tasks that require extensive knowledge. RAG combines the strengths of both generative models and information retrieval systems. At the core of this framework is CoCoA-zero, a multi-agent RAG system that first conducts conditional knowledge induction and subsequently reasons through answers.

The Mechanics of CoCoA-zero
